Easily accessible from the M25 and A22, Ardenrun Farm is reached via a private shared driveway off Tandridge Lane. We kindly ask visitors to drive slowly and be mindful of our neighbours as you approach.

Experience the landscape as it wakes. Our Dawn Chorus Walk invites you onto the land at first light, when birdsong fills the air and the morning feels still and full of possibility. As the sun rises over the fields and woodland edges, we’ll pause to listen, observe, and appreciate one of nature’s most uplifting daily rituals. It’s a peaceful and energising way to begin the day, whether you’re a keen bird enthusiast or simply seeking a quiet moment outdoors.
What To Expect
We will gather shortly before sunrise for a brief welcome and introduction before setting out on a gentle guided walk across the estate. Moving at a relaxed pace, we’ll stop at key habitats to listen for different species and discuss their calls, behaviour, and the seasonal rhythms influencing the chorus. The walk concludes with time for reflection as daylight strengthens and the morning settles into its usual rhythm.
Before You Arrive
This is an early morning outdoor event taking place on uneven ground. Please wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing, including warm layers as temperatures can be cooler at dawn. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow your ears and eyes to adjust to the low light. Binoculars are welcome but not essential.
